For ROD files that are being uploaded into the portal, the process is the same as uploading DOE sales files. Begin by clicking on Ratios.
Click on Sales Validation.
Next, click on the Upload button found next to the Reports button.
The final step is to select PT-55 Register of Deeds (ROD) in the drop down and select the file that is to be uploaded. The file may take up to 5 minutes to fully process. Once processed, you should see the sales in your list.
