Overview
The CAB-A12 form is used to report all airline property information in New Mexico or for aircraft that flew into New Mexico during the prior calendar year.
Instructions
Adding Fleets
Selecting the CAB-A12 Summary record in the Form Group table will take the user to the Fleet Index page. To add a fleet, select the blue Add Fleet button.

When adding a new fleet the user must enter the following:
- Fleet Name
- Fleet Description
- Total Fleet Flight Time
- Total Fleet Flight Time over New Mexico
- Total Fleet Ground Time
- Total Fleet Ground Time in New Mexico
To calculate the AGR select the green Save button. To calculate the AGR and return to the Fleet index page, select the green Save and Return button.

Adding Aircrafts
To add an aircraft, select the edit button for the fleet and select Aircrafts.

The user will be taken to the Aircraft Index page. To add an aircraft, select the Add button. To upload aircraft, select the upload file button.

When adding a new aircraft the user must enter the following:
- Tail Number
- Type (Jet, Propeller)
- Name/Description (not required)
- Original Cost
- Date Purchased
To calculate the property value select the green Save button. To calculate the property value and return to the Fleet index page, select the green Save and Return button.

Edit Aircraft
To edit select the actions button to the left of each aircraft.

Add Landings
To add landings, select the edit button for the fleet and select Landings.

When adding fleet landings:
- Landings per airport
To calculate the landings select the green Save button. To calculate the landings and return to the Fleet index page, select the green Save and Return button.
