Selecting the TIF Certification record in the Form Group table will take the user to the TIF Certification form page. On the form page the TIF Certification information will appear as shown below. Note that the form contains one (1) tab: TIF. Also note that the page has a horizontal scroll bar to access all fields on the page. 

TIF Certification Form

Users can enter data in the form by selecting a field with their mouse. Once you are selected on a field you can use the tab button to navigate to the next field, row, etc.

Form Validation

Note that the business logic for the TIF Certification stipulates that the Base Value at creation and the Base Value current are equal. If a user attempts to complete the form and this business rule is not met, the user will be presented with a message indicating that they need to correct the data. If the criteria is met, the user will receive a message indicating that the task has been completed and the form will lock as shown below.
