Selecting the Exemption Summary record in the Form Group table will take the user to the Livestock Summary form page. On the form page the Livestock Summary form information will appear as shown below. The form contains five tabs: (1) Disabled Veteran, (2) Head of Household, (3) Other, (4) Veteran, and (5) Veteran Org sections of the form and has the appropriate tax districts displayed in the left most column in the table. Below the form table is a Combined Summary which displays the combined livestock values.


The form can be saved at any time by selecting the green Save button at the bottom of the page. To complete the form, select the blue Complete button. Completing the form will lock the information and make it un-editable. To view a copy of the Abstract report, select the reports button in the upper right-hand corner and select “Report (PDF)”.
