Alerts are internal system notifications that are sent to you when something occurs to one of your filing groups. Alerts are designed to be secure, so users will receive an email indicating that they have received an internal alert, not what the alert refers to. When the alert email is received, you should log into the application to view the alert. Alerts can be located on the filer homepage, on the upper right-hand side as shown below. To open an alert select the record in the table.

Alerts open in a modal window as shown below. The Alert contains the date sent, subject and body. Users can close the alert, or mark it as read/unread. Note users cannot reply to alerts, they are notifications from PTD regarding your filing.
