Process:
Upon selecting the Value Forms Filer Certification task on the form group on the Filer Homepage, you will be taken to the certification task, as shown below. On the certification task you will be required to acknowledge the statutory requirements by selecting the checkbox on the left. Users have the ability to enter comments in the comments field as they deem necessary.
Certification Task
Selecting the Save button will commit your information and return you to the Form Group. Once you are ready to submit, select the blue Complete button. You will be returned to the form group page and your information will be submitted to PTD. Note that you will receive an alert and an email notifying you of the alert. Once you have completed the form group all forms and the certification task can no longer be edit.
