Summary Video

The annual evaluation consists of four sections:

  1. Organization
  2. Documents
  3. Questions
  4. Property Lists

Each of these sections contains required information that must be completed for a County to successfully submit their annual evaluation. Each section has panel on the right side of the home page (as shown below). Selecting any of the blue links on those panels will take a user to the respective section. On the right side of the home page is the activity area where submission and review history is tracked, the post evaluation comment (Assessors comment) and the Submit and Reports button. The Evaluation Home Page is shown below:

Note that to begin the Evaluation Status is set to "Drafting". This status indicates that the evaluation is being filled out by the County and has not yet been submitted. Also note that the green Submit button is inactive, this is because the submission requirements have not been met yet.
