Task 8.00 Appraisal Decision (Preliminary Donation)The Appraisal Decision task is the location where the decision and PTD justification are entered.

The user selects a decision value (Favorable/Unfavorable/Not Accepted for Review) and enters the appropriate information in the sections below the decision picklist: Data Analysis (Before & After), Site Valuation (Before & After), Approaches to Value (Before & After), Reconciliation (Before & After), Final Market Conclusion (Before & After) and Elements of Non-Compliance (Before & After). When the task is ready to be completed, select Yes in the completed picklist in the lower right hand corner of the page.


If the Decision is Unfavorable: The user will fill out the appropriate information and proceed to Task 9.00 Peer Review. If the Decision is Favorable proceed to Task 11.00 Final Decision.

Task 10.00 (Attach Preliminary Report)

Task 11.00 (Final Decision)

For Favorable decisions select the blue Copy Decision button and enter any applicable information in the sections below the Decision picklist: Items Addressed, Narrative, Comments, Outstanding Items. When the task is ready to be completed, select Yes in the completed picklist in the lower right hand corner of the page.
