The Appraisal Decision task is the location where the decision and PTD justification are entered.
Appraisal Decision (Standard and Administrative)
The user selects a decision value (Favorable/Unfavorable/Not Accepted for Review) and enters the appropriate information in the sections below the decision picklist: Data Analysis, Site Valuation, Approaches to Value, Reconciliation, Final Market Conclusion and Elements of Non-Compliance. When the task is ready to be completed, select Yes in the completed picklist in the lower right hand corner of the page.
Appraisal Decision (Standard-Lease)
The user selects a decision value (Favorable/Unfavorable/Not Accepted for Review) and enters the appropriate information in the sections below the decision picklist: Data Analysis, Market Rent Analysis, Approaches to Value, Reconciliation, Final Market Conclusion and Elements of Non-Compliance. When the task is ready to be completed, select Yes in the completed picklist in the lower right hand corner of the page.
Appraisal Decision (Yellow Book)The user selects a decision value (Favorable/Unfavorable/Not Accepted for Review) and enters the appropriate information in the sections below the decision picklist: Data Analysis (Before & After), Site Valuation (Before & After), Approaches to Value (Before & After), Reconciliation (Before & After), Final Market Conclusion (Before & After) and Elements of Non-Compliance (Before & After). When the task is ready to be completed, select Yes in the completed picklist in the lower right hand corner of the page.
