UPDATED REPORT FOR 2020
For the 2020 data submission users are requested to use the Bankers and Trade Export that includes the Neighborhood Code (B+T Standard w/NBC). Please follow the instructions for AssessPro or AP5 below.
AP5
1) In AP5, you can simply find the extract named “Summary Extract (B+T)(Standard) w/NBC” in the Report Viewer
2) Right click on it to see the properties
3) Change the Delimiter to a comma (,)
4) Change the Text Identifier to a quote (")
5) Save the file to the desktop with the file name NHDRA20
6) Attach the file you exported (NHDRA20.txt) to an email to support@axiomnh.com
AssessPro (Classic)
1) In the Report Module under “Common Extracts” select the “Summary Extract (B+T)(Standard) w/NBC” export. **Note: if this report does not appear, please contact Patriot Customer Support (800-527-9991, support@patriotproperties.com)**
2) Save the file to the desktop with the file name NHDRA20
3) Attach the file you exported (NHDRA20.txt) to an email to support@axiomnh.com
