Select "Reports" (1) and then "NH DRA" (2). Then click on the blue diskette icon (3) to show the export menu.
From the export menu, select "CSV (comma delimited)":
Save this CSV file to your computer. Submit this CSV file to us as an attachment on a new ticket (or an email to support@axiomnh.com).
