In the NHTTF portal, the selected year is the year in which the MS-9 and MS-10 were submitted. For some municipalities this may be different from the year of the reporting period for the submitted data. For instance, if you are submitting your end-of-year 2018 data for the March 1, 2019 deadline, you will have "2019" selected in the NHTTF portal. The system was set up this way so that the MS-9 and MS-10 filing deadlines are properly in-sync with the NH DRA's annual tax rate setting process in the Municipal Tax Rate Setting Portal.
