On the top right of the home page is a blue button called "Info" which, when clicked, will direct you to the information page for the selected entity and year. The information page lists the entities mailing address, as well as the names and contact information for trustees.




Hardcopy Mailing Address

On the bottom right of the "Hardcopy Mailing Address" section is a button called "Edit" that allows you to edit the entities mailing address when clicked.



After making relevant changes to the entities Hardcopy Mailing Address, click the green "Save" button to save the changes made, or the yellow "Cancel" button to discard whichever changes had been made.



Adding/Editing Trustees


Select the "Add Trustee" button  to load the Add Trustee page. When you add a new trustee, it's required that you provide the trustee's First Name, Last Name, Position, and when their Term Expires. Enter the required information in the form below and click the green "Save" button to save the changes made, or the yellow "Cancel" button to discard whichever changes had been made.


To the left of each trustee name is an "Actions" drop-down menu that appears are an arrow, that when clicked offers the option to edit or delete the trustee entry:


Selecting "Delete" will completely remove the entry, and selecting "Edit" will allow you to edit the trustee entry. Enter the required information in the form below and click the green "Save" button to save the changes made, or the yellow "Cancel" button to discard whichever changes had been made.
