The Trustees Portal is located at https://nhttf.org. To log in to the portal, you will first need an account. You can request an account from us by opening a new ticket or by sending an email to support@axiomnh.com with your full name, your position, and the name of the town you need access to. If there is already an administrative account holder in the portal for your town, you should ask them to create the account for you.

Once we verify your identity, an account will be created and you will receive an activation email.

To log in to your new account, you have to begin by setting it up. To do that, first open the email sent to you from support@axiomnh.com called "Account Activation" and click the blue button that says "Click Here to Activate Account".

Clicking this button will direct you to the NHTTF Single Sign-On page in a new browser window or tab, displaying the End User License Agreement. You must read the EULA first, then check "I have read the 'End User License Agreement" in order to active the green "I Agree"  button, which you will click next to get to the next screen.

The next page will notify you that your account has been successfully verified and then prompt you to set and confirm your accounts password.

Your password must follow these specific requirements:

  • Must be 8 characters or more
  • Must have at least 1 number
  • Must have at least 1 special character
  • Must have at least 1 uppercase letter

Your password also cannot match any of the passwords listed in the internal list of unacceptable passwords. These specific passwords are considered very weak and vulnerable and would make your account less secure, and are therefore restricted from use. An example of an unacceptable password is "password" or your own email/username.

After you've entered this information, click the green "Submit"  button to move on to the next step.

When you click Submit you will be taken to the NHTTF Log in screen. Enter your email and the password you just set and click the blue "Login"  button.

On the next page, choose three security questions and provide answers to each. After you've chosen a question and entered an answer for all three questions, click the green "Save"  button to complete your account set up.
