Throughout the year, the NH DRA offers both "New User" and "Refresher" training sessions for the Assessment Web Portal. Webinars are presented online using RingCentral Meetings software and require an active internet connection and either speakers and a microphone for presentation audio and participation or a phone for the conference call. Classroom sessions are held at the NH DRA main offices in Concord.

New User Training

These trainings are intended for users who are new to both the equalization process and to the Assessment Portal. The sessions cover equalization theory and practice as well as the use of the Portal and last 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Refresher Training

These trainings are intended for users who have experience with assessment and equalization and have used the Portal in the past, but wish to re-familiarize themselves with its use. These sessions typically last 30 to 45 minutes.

MS-1 Training

These sessions cover the MS-1 Submission Process and related interfaces, only.
