After entering the meeting outcomes and amendment details for your warrant articles, your Budget Home screen should show "True" in the "Raise Match" column (1) and "Pass" or "Fail" in the "Meeting Status" column (2) for each article. This indicates that all of the annual meeting information has been entered and that you can submit your appropriations by clicking "View/Calculate Appropriations" (3).

Clicking "View/Calculate Appropriations" will bring you to a summary screen that shows an overview of the voted appropriations. Note that school districts will be required to enter additional breakdowns on this page to meet NH DOE reporting requirements (See: NH DOE Breakdowns). If your user account has sufficient permissions, you can click "Continue to Step 2 - Finalize" and then proceed to submit your final appropriations.
