If you have forgotten your username or password, there are three options for recovery:

  1. Contact the individual who has the Municipal Administrator account for your entity. They can view your account and if needed, reset your password.
  2. If you know your username, you can use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
  3. If the above methods are not available or do not work, contact support.

When your password is reset, an email will be sent to the address in your profile with a secure link allowing you to set a new password. Emails from the Portal are sent by "[email protected]" and are sometimes caught by spam filters - be sure to check your spam folder!
