If you have forgotten your username or password, there are three options for recovery:
- Contact the individual who has the Municipal Administrator account for your entity. They can view your account and if needed, reset your password.
- If you know your username, you can use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
- If the above methods are not available or do not work, contact support.
When your password is reset, an email will be sent to the address in your profile with a secure link allowing you to set a new password. Emails from the Portal are sent by "email@example.com" and are sometimes caught by spam filters - be sure to check your spam folder!
